TaxMalta and Norway sign Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement

The Government of Malta and the Norwegian Government have signed an avoidance of double taxation agreement on 30 March 2012.

The agreement deals with the tax treatment of royalties, patents, dividends and immovable property.
