GamingMalta Lotteries and Gaming Authority signs MoU with Jersey Gambling Commission

The Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on bilateral cooperation with the Jersey Gambling Commission.

The MoU covers a broad and comprehensive range of topics.

The LGA and the Jersey Gambling Commission aim to develop common responsible gaming measures, enhance consumer and player protection measures, draw up common regulatory best practices, organize employee exchange programmes and develop common certification standards.

The MoU also provides a formal basis for cooperation between the Malta and Jersey in the exchange of information and investigative assistance of providers and remote gaming services.
