The Malta Business Registry has announced revised fees for statutory notices that must be published in a daily newspaper.
The updated fees are as follows:
| Amalgamation/Merger of Companies | €100 |
| Division of Companies | €100 |
| Cross-Border Merger/Division/Conversion | €200 |
| Conversion of Company/Partnership | €100 |
| Continued Outside Malta | €200 |
| Contribution Reduction/Assignment of Interest | €100 |
| Reduction in capital | €100 |
| Notice of Dissolution | €15 |
The revised publication fees will apply to all relevant filings submitted on or after 1 June 2025.
Entities planning corporate restructurings that require publication should take these revised costs into account when planning timelines and budgets.
