We are proud to announce that David Zahra, partner at the firm, has been appointed Chairperson of the Forum of Company Secretaries during the Forum’s Annual General Meeting held on 21 May 2025. Catherine Formosa was also appointed Deputy Chairperson.
The Forum brings together company secretaries of entities listed on the Malta Stock Exchange plc, serving as a collaborative platform to share best practices and strengthen corporate governance standards.
David succeeds Francis Galea Salomone, who, together with outgoing Deputy Chairperson Daphne Dodebier, was instrumental in the Forum’s reconstitution and continued development. Both will remain actively involved as founding members.
With his longstanding experience advising listed companies and serving as Company Secretary to a number of entities, David is well-positioned to lead the Forum in its next chapter. We also extend our congratulations to Catherine on her appointment.
