Fees payable to the MFSA

Applicants for an investment services licence are required to pay the following fees to the MFSA:

  1. The Application Fee: This is payable to the MFSA on submission of the application form.
  2. The Licence Fee: This is payable to the MFSA on the date the licence is granted.
  3. The Supervisory Fee: This is payable to the MFSA on the date the licence is issued and then annually upon submission of the annual audited financial statements.

The application fee, the licence fee and the supervisory fee depend on the licence categories.
