Giulio joined the firm as an associate in 2020 after spending two years working in the financial services sector at one of Malta’s largest law firms. His key interests and main practice areas include financial services, corporate M&A and restructuring, employment law, commercial and corporate law, and anti-money laundering.
Giulio currently lectures on Maltese employment law with Lead Training Services.
Giulio is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners., the Alliance of Business Lawyers and the International Association for Young Lawyers.
He is also a member of the Directors and CSPs sub-committee of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.

Giulio Sammut graduated from the University of Malta in 2017 with a Master of Advocacy degree. In 2018, he completed a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics at Utrecht University, successfully submitting his LL.M. thesis entitled ‘Disproportionality in Banking Regulation; With Particular Focus on Small Banks’.
Giulio’s interests include sports, cooking and travelling.
