Andrew is a junior associate within the firm and joined the team at David Zahra & Associates Advocates in July 2022.

Andrew’s key interests include Employment Law, Aviation Law, as well as Maritime Law, which is the research area of his dissertation. During his time at David Zahra & Associates Advocates, he is gaining valuable experience in such practice areas, including others like Intellectual Property Law.

In 2024, Andrew participated in a two-month legal internship at CTM Legal Group in Chicago, Illinois, USA – David Zahra & Associates Advocates’ partner firm within the Alliance of Business Lawyers. During this secondment, Andrew worked alongside attorneys and paralegals across several of the firm’s core practice areas, including civil litigation, labour and employment law, and criminal law. He also had the opportunity to assist with evidence collation in preparation for a criminal trial and to assist in hearings before the Illinois Civil Service Commission, gaining firsthand insight into the workings of the American legal system as well as an enriched cross-border perspective.

Andrew is a member of the Malta Maritime Law Association, Chambers of Advocates and the International Association of Young Lawyers.
